WARRANTY

William Tell Archery provides a comprehensive coverage of your crossbow’s stock, trigger assembly, cocking mechanism, and limbs against any material and workmanship defects, excluding normal wear, misuse, or improper maintenance, as determined by William Tell Archery. The warranty begins on the purchase date, for which a valid proof of purchase must be presented, in the form of a screenshot or any other requisite document that matches with our records. Please note that we strongly advise our customers to perform regular maintenance checks, as it will help to extend the lifespan of your crossbow. COVERAGE AND DURATION

Our limited warranty is valid for ONE MONTH for strings, ONE YEAR for limbs, and TWO YEARS for the rest of the components. Our warranty for refurbished products is for THREE MONTHS.  Any replacement parts will be of equal value to the original purchase.  The aforementioned warranty begins on the purchase date, for which a valid proof of purchase must be presented.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

William Tell Archery provides a comprehensive warranty that guarantees repair of any crossbow that is found to have defective materials or workmanship. In addition, William Tell Archery can determine if the manufacturer’s warranty covers the item after inspecting the returned product. Any broken parts that can be replaced by the customer will be shipped at no additional cost. If the item is not repairable, it will be exchanged or replaced with a comparable product at the discretion of William Tell Archery, based on availability. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing you with the best quality products and customer service available.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover bolts, wax or  accessories included in our  crossbow kits, cosmetic blemishes to parts or finishes, and normal wear and tear.

PROCEDURE

To make a warranty claim for your William Tell Archery crossbow, you need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain the number by submitting a claim along with a photo and proof of purchase. Please ensure that delicate components such as triggers are well protected. Remove any accessories before sending the crossbow to repair, as William Tell Archery will not be responsible for any loss or damage. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the product, and William Tell Archery will cover the shipping costs to mail the product back to the customer.  In case your crossbow is out of warranty, the inspection is free, but any repairs will occur at current repair rates. You can only return the product to William Tell Archery and not any retail stores or online sellers. If you need further assistance, please contact customer service at [email protected]. After the crossbow has been repaired and shipped, William Tell Archery will not be responsible for any damage.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document is the whole product warranty agreement. If any part of the agreement is invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that aligns with the original intent. The remaining provisions will still apply. No other warranty is provided beyond this limited warranty. No one is authorized to change the terms of this warranty. Statements made by anyone else are not enforceable against WILLIAM TELL ARCHERY.
