Shipping Inside the USA

We usually ship orders the next business day or the day after purchase. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For detailed crossbow shipping information, you can track your order using the shipping company’s tracking number. If the tracking number shows that we lost your product, William Tell Archery will refund you or replace it. However, if the tracking number shows that we delivered the product but you claim you did not receive it, William Tell Archery will not reimburse you.

Shipping Outside the USA

Please check your local customs office for your country’s crossbow regulations before purchase. After you purchase your item, we will contact you with instructions to pay for international shipping. Once you pay for international shipping, we will ship your item. We do not charge customs taxes for your country. The buyer must pay any local customs fees.

Please note: Our responsibility ends once we ship your package from the US. Delays or lost packages caused by your customs office or local postal service remain outside the responsibility of William Tell Archery.

Returns/Exchanges

You must postmark all returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Return all items in their original condition to receive a full refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. William Tell Archery will not reimburse items lost during shipment. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method and notifying us of your tracking number at contactus@williamtellarcherysupplies.com.

To exchange a product, you must do so within 30 days of the original purchase. We charge a $30 re-stocking fee for all exchanges.

Return Process

To return or exchange an item, email our customer service at contactus@williamtellarcherysupplies.com to start the process. Provide a valid proof of purchase with the purchase date. The product must remain within 30 days of the original purchase to qualify for a return or exchange.

After we confirm your product is eligible for return, place it securely in its original packaging and mail it to:

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Allow at least 2 business days for us to process your return or exchange after receiving your item. For questions regarding delivery, please refer to our crossbow shipping information. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email once we process your return.

  • Our warranty service covers purchases made directly from William Tell Archery. If you bought through another retailer, contact them directly.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
