Shipping Inside the USA
Shipping is usually done the next business day or the day after the next business day after purchase, and is free of charge for orders over $100.
Shipping Outside the USA
Please check with your local customs office concerning your country’s requirements concerning crossbows before purchase. Once your item is purchased, we will contact you with information on how to pay for international shipping. Once international shipping is paid, your item will be shipped. We don’t charge any custom taxes for your country. The buyer is responsible for paying for any local custom charges.
****Please be aware that our responsibility ends once your package leaves the US. Delays or lost packages caused by your customs office or local postal service are not the responsibility of William Tell Archery.*****
Returns/Exchanges
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, and all items shipped must be returned in their original condition for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. William Tell Archery is not responsible for any items lost during shipment. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return and notify us of your tracking number at [email protected].
If you wish to exchange your product, it also must be within 30 days of the original purchase, and all exchanges will be charged a $30 re-stocking fee.
Return Process
To return or exchange an item, please first email customer service at [email protected] to begin the process. You must provide William Tell with a valid proof of purchase with the purchase date. The product must be within 30 days of the original purchase date to return or exchange.
After getting confirmation from William Tell that the product is still in the return window, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Our warranty service is limited to all purchases made from William Tell Archery. If you purchased through a different retailer, please contact them directly.
